Family Easter Picnic and Egg Hunt

Gather the family and hop on over for some Easter fun.Spend the day lazing on picnic blankets and rest back chairs while enjoying a wholesome picnic, enjoying a wholesome picnic basket and sipping on Boschendal wine, while listening to live music from Ben & Bro.

For starters, try the carrot risotto with heritage carrots, blue cheese and white chocolate spooma; or the pan fried prawn, cauliflower mash and cocoa nibs served with white chocolate cauliflower rice. The choice for hearty mains is between herb crushed springbok loin with Valhrona chocolate red wine jus; or cocoa rub beef fillet served with chilli chocolate sauce. Easter picnic at The Bistro

On Easter Sunday, The Bistro at Grande Provence hosts a family picnic complete with an Easter egg hunt for the little ones. Children will be entertained with decorating a giant Easter egg, a jumping castle and a variety of lawn games.

A special Friday Night Market to celebrate the Easter long weekend.

You can expect all the usual Night Market favourites, with a few special offers including lamb on the spit, Easter sweet treats and a boule tournament.

Enjoy the relaxing sounds of local artist, Matt Carstens and sip on award-winning Boschendal wines while you lounge in the historic Werf area. Visit the Farm Shop to stock up on our Werf Butchery meat and farm-fresh produce for the Easter weekend.

Quoin Rock Wine Estate Easter Offerings

The name "Quoin Rock" found its inspiration from the Agulhas area, the most southern tip of Africa, where Quoin Point is the second most southerly point.

The Quoin Rock Winery in Stellenbosch honours some of the early trading ships that sunk while trying to navigate the southern tip of Africa, by naming some of the wine after known wrecks off Quoin Point, while utilising the Agulhas property for conservation.

Mega Easter Egg Hunt

Bugz Playpark have teamed up with the Cadbury crew to bring you the tastiest Easter, Bugaboo!

HEY MOMS! Important info! Don't be late. Make sure you arrive early enough to make it through the gates, past the queues, on time. They don’t want to start without your Bug. Tickets is only available at the door and space is limited. First come, first served. The first 200 kids will receive a special gift.

Expect as day of fun for everyone, aside from the variety of rides and activities Bugz Playpark offers they have a very special Easter line up planned. 11am the official egg hunt begins followed by a magic show from 2pm.
